I purchased a Segway Navimow model through SmartYard NW for our five acre property in Ridgefield and the team there has been amazing through the entire process from listening to my needs, suggesting an appropriate model, purchase, and then setup and installation (paid extra to have full onsite install and mapping). If you’re interested in a robotic mower then SmartYard is the local place to talk to. Highly recommended.
SmartYard and Kress mowers are the best thing I did to my yard. My lawn looks better than a golf course and I am a perfectionist. His installer did a first class job. He was very knowledgeable. I was explained everything very well through the whole process. I cannot thank Paul enough.

SmartYard knows their stuff! This is an amazing team to work with. You have to come in and know what you need. For me it was saving $350 per month on landscaping cost to simply MOW/BLOW. Thus, the payback is 6-8 months. There is a learning curve and adjustment. Yet, this has been the standard in Finland, Norway and all other areas like ours for over 10+ years. I simply want maintenance on the lawn all the time to look like this. It is delivered in SPADES! Yes, you still will do some work, but the effort is 95% less, economical and environmental! I am now thinking that this can help the Tree Farm in La Center! AMAZING Service! Even if your mowing needs are not met, the Lawn Care accessories they have are "lights out" better than my Stihl stuff!
This company is just mint. Bought my EPOS 550 in 2020. After I had just purchased a new Hustler Zero Turn. When the salesman showed how easy the EPOS is set up. Well I took the bait. Bought the EPOS and sold the new zero turn. Four yeast later we are out of warranty and Paul still is providing excellent customer service. One reminder, robotics are not 100% hassles free. You still have to give robotics some guidance and perform maintenance. But it is 95% less than a gas mower. And my stripes….well nothing will make them look better than a robotic GPS mower.

I own 2 of the Husqvarna robot mowers, Ter-Mow-Nader and C3P-Mow, and I love them. The AWD is awesome for the terrain at my house and the smaller is great for the back yard at my business. They work non-stop and require little maintenance. If needed I can call Paul and receive excellent prompt service. I would highly recommend both the team at SmartYard and the little robots, day or night, rain or shine!!

Paul did a great job working with us to figure out the right model. Ultimately we went with 550 EPOS (GPS-RTK model) and a year later I haven't used the riding mower on the lawn once. Paul has been really responsive to questions and support since then as we've been working out the kinks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's tired of mowing or struggles to find the time. Our mower goes all day, all night, rain or shine, on about 1.75 acres of lawn. And in the spring and fall, it's really nice not to have to worry about finding a dry day.
